Sophie Cascade

After a career in the environmental and fisheries sector, I decided that it was time for a change.

In  2020, I went back to school to become a massage therapist, and I graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. While still in school I got introduced to Manual lymphatic drainage, I knew that I wanted to learn more about this method. 
Therefore in 2023 I completed the full Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) course.

Born and raised in Reunion Island (French Island), I moved to Canada in 2013 and settled in Vancouver, making it my new home. When not working, I enjoy being close to the water, doing CrossFit, cycling and spending time with my dog “Crouton”. 

I presently direct bill for Pacific Blue Cross. Coming soon I will be able to direct bill all companies supported through Telus Health eClaims.
