Abbey’s approach revolves around patient-centered care, fostering a safe and inclusive environment where individuals actively participate in their wellness journey.
Abbey (she/her/hers) moved to Vancouver in early 2024 after beginning her RMT practice in Waterloo, Ontario in 2021.
Always eager to learn, Abbey began training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and CDT (Combined Decongestive Therapy) in fall of 2024 and quickly recognized the profound need for this modality. She is also trained in Thai massage and enjoys integrating a variety of techniques into a holistic treatment approach that addresses each clients unique needs.
Abbey works from a trauma informed perspective, prioritizing consent, comfort, and open communication to create a space where all clients feel safe, seen, and supported. She believes strongly in empowering clients through education, helping them make informed choices about their health and well-being.
Outside the clinic Abbey can be found hiking, creating in the pottery studio, or curled up with a book.
