Abbey’s approach revolves around patient-centered care, fostering a safe and inclusive environment where individuals actively participate in their wellness journey.
Abbey (she/her/hers) is a Registered Massage Therapist who brings a patient-centered, trauma-informed approach to care. She has a special interest in supporting people recovering from breast cancer, managing lymphedema, or navigating post-operative recovery and range-of-motion challenges.
Trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT), and Thai massage, Abbey combines a variety of techniques to create individualized treatments focused on comfort, mobility, and function.
Her goal is to help clients feel supported and empowered in their recovery and, ultimately, get back to the activities they love.
Originally from Ontario, Abbey moved to Vancouver in 2024, drawn to the mountains and the opportunity to spend more time doing what she loves most: hiking and exploring the outdoors.
