Jemma Kim Bradley

Registered Massage Therapist

I particularly enjoy working with pre & post operative clients, lipedema clients, clients with scar tissue and TMJ issues. When appropriate, I often combine myofascial release techniques into my work for enhanced benefits. I take pleasure from these personal interactions and designing a personalized treatment plan in clinic and at home for each client.

In 2005 I decided to return to school after a lengthy desire to work in the massage therapy profession. I enrolled into WCCMT’s 3000 hour massage therapy program and graduated in 2008 and have continued to work as a BC Registered Massage Therapist since then. During school I was fortunate enough to work at the Burn & Trauma unit at VGH, a senior care home and at Barclay Manor Community Centre.

In 2019 I became certified in the Dr. Vodder method of Manual Lymphatic drainage (MLD). I have been providing lymphatic care to a wide range of clients living with lymphedema &/or lipedema. In other respects, I support clients with digestive issues, relief from migraines, mental/emotional stresses &/or are just in need of relaxation.

This is a valuable and therapeutic profession that is unquestionably rewarding. When someone comes to me for help, I’m truly honoured. I use my education and training to improve upon people’s lives and knowing that I’ve had an impact on the health of others confirms my efforts are impacting individuals. At the end of my day, I can say I made a difference by easing somebody’s distress and to me that’s a privilege. When not at work I’m researching and planning my next travel adventure, attending music concerts and/or enjoying Vancouver Canadians and Toronto Blue Jays baseball.
