Counselling
Speaking with a neutral, non-judgmental counselor can help you identify and work through issues that may be impeding your personal growth, relationships or work life. Time with a counselor can also provide an opportunity for you to express painful thoughts and feelings, clarify negative behavioural causes, develop new coping skills, and problem solve in a safe environment.
If you are facing difficult challenges, feeling stressed, have relationship or work related problems, or simply wish to make positive changes in your life, counselling may be right for you.
Make an appointment with a pre-licensed counsellor (i.e. currently awaiting CCC and RCC registration).
*Note that these sessions are not yet currently covered by most insurance plans. Until registration, our counsellor will be offering reduced rates on a sliding scale.
