Yes, if you have coverage for massage therapy benefits, it will be covered according to your plan limits. All of our lymphatic massage therapists are Registered Massage Therapists.

We offer direct billing to various extended health providers including:

Our treatment prices are listed on our booking site; prices vary according to length and treatment type.

All registered therapists at Flow are currently opted out of MSP. This means that a client who is on MSP premium assistance can still book a treatment with us, but will pay for their treatment in full and then apply for a reimbursement from the government.

Our building has a parkade that is located just off West Broadway on Willow Street.  The cost of parking here is slightly cheaper than street meter parking. There are some two hour free parking spots in our neighbourhood.  Some people park at Whole Foods and walk about 4 blocks. They will reimburse your parking if you spend a minimum of $10 on their in-store purchases.

Yes some of our massage therapists offer regular massage that could include deep tissue, myofascial release, Swedish massage, peri-natal and pregnancy massage.

No, it is not. It is a very gentle technique. However your therapist may combine lymph drainage with some deeper techniques that may cause some discomfort. The therapist will always work within your comfort level and discuss your options and preferences prior to the treatment.

We are able to treat people the same day as surgery; it just depends if you are well enough to make it to our clinic. Some of our therapists will do home visits. Please inquire.

Contraindication to MLD: 

  • We cannot treat congestive heart failure with MLD. The heart cannot process the regular amount of fluid and MLD would send more fluid which would further congest it. However we can use segmental effleurage safely for this condition.
  • Untreated bacterial infections
  • Untreated acute shingles
